The Montblanc Star Legacy Chronograph Limited Edition, limited to 1,786 pieces, pays homage to Jacques Balmat, the first person to reach the summit of Mont Blanc in 1786. The watch features a burgundy dial with a glacier motif and a sfumato effect around the edge, black minute markers, and rose gold-plated numerals. The displays include a central chronograph seconds hand with the Montblanc emblem on the counterweight and a 30-minute chronograph counter with rhodium-plated hands, while the hour, minute, and small seconds subdials have rose gold-plated hands. The watch is powered by the MB 24.31 automatic movement and housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case with an open case back revealing the movement. It is completed with an interchangeable calfskin strap featuring an alligator-embossed pattern and a vertical sfumato effect.
