The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Chronograph 0 Oxygen Limited Edition is completely oxygen-free to preserve the watch's performance and precision over time, even in the challenging mountain climate. By completely excluding oxygen from the movement, not only is moisture, which can occur at high altitudes due to extreme temperature differences, prevented, but also oxidation. Without contact with oxygen, all components last significantly longer, ensuring consistently high precision. The watch features a 42 mm bronze case with a bidirectional, fluted ceramic bezel displaying the four cardinal directions with luminescent coating, and the Maison's signature glacier-themed dial. It is powered by the MB 29.25 automatic movement with a manufacture complication. As with all 1858 Geosphere models, the northern and southern hemispheres are represented by two three-dimensional hemispheres. These hemispheres include a day/night indicator, allowing the wearer to see the time at a glance, regardless of the location.
